CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY
With respect to our staff, please allow 24hrs for all cancellations.
Your appointment has been reserved especially for you; therefore we must have adequate time to fill the spot should you need to cancel.
All appointments lasting one hour or longer require a valid credit card # in order to reserve.
Cancellations must be made no later than 6pm the evening before your appointment. Please CALL the spa to cancel, as e-mails may not go through
Cancellations left on our voicemail overnight will not be listened to until the next business day.
As such, any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice is subject to a fee of 50% the cost of your service. Failure to show up, or cancelling within 2hrs of your scheduled appointment requires 100% payment, or 100% redemption of your gift certificate.
Sorry…. no exceptions!
